DEPARTURE FOR CAMP

 

  • In Toronto on WEDNESDAY, July 3rd the buses will be leaving from The Esther Shiner Stadium located at 5720 Bathurst. Please ensure that your child has eaten lunch before he/she boards the bus. Lunch will not be served upon arrival at camp.  Buses will begin loading at 1:00 pm and will depart promptly by 1:30 pm. When your child has boarded the bus, he/she will not be allowed off, so please say your goodbyes accordingly. 

 

  • In Montreal on WEDNESDAY, July 3rd, the bus will be leaving from Hebrew Academy, 5700 Kellert at 8:30 am sharp. Please be sure to send a packed lunch and snacks with your child to have on the bus.

 

  • In OTTAWA on WEDNESDAY, July 3rd, the bus will be picking up the campers at Pinecrest Shopping Centre at 2735 Iris Street (near the old Sears Home Store) at approx. 10:30 am.

 

MEDICATIONS DROP OFF

Please bring all medications to the table in a sealed bag with the camper’s name. There will be medical personnel to receive your child’s information and medication. Please fill out the medication form that you printed from CampDoc and place it in the bag with the medications. We will transport all medication to camp.

Please be sure to attach luggage tags to all the pieces of luggage. Storage space in camp is limited – use duffel bags as they are foldable. The Limit is two bags per child.

 

Please note: NO drinks will be loaded with the luggage being sent up on the luggage trucks. Please refer to the Parent Handbook for restrictions on drinks brought on the buses.

 

VISITING DAY

Visiting Day will take place on Sunday, July 14. Parents are encouraged to visit their children from 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm (city time). You will have the opportunity, to tour the camp and meet our staff.  We will be selling food and other items on visiting day. A detailed email will follow. Campers who will not receive visitors will be taken on a day trip. Please advise us in advance if you are not visiting.
